that file format, yet gstreamer-mikmod implies it should.

larger than my desktop. With the addition of this one line the window
looks nicer and fits on my desktop.

There is no discoverable way to select which sound device is to be used
for sound output. Two obvious possibilities are to provide a selector
like gnomemeeting does, or to obey the
gstreamer-properties/gnome-multimedia-system-selector config. This
