Part of the changelog for 3.0.5-p1 is "Package_list_update called only
once per manager, and fixed crash". This doesn't seem to be in the
packaged version of cfengine3 on Squeeze. Also mentioned in bug #610962

When it happens, the first command typed after cancelling the scp is
sometimes echoed to the terminal as normal, but subsequent input is not
echoed although the results are.
The ssh command does not seem to exhibit the same behaviour.
