I start the X system typing startx, then go to the console pressing
C-M-Fn (for some n) and so some other stuff, the go back to X with
M-F7. At that point, either it takes a while and becomes usable
again, or it freezes and the only thing le
I found out that X freezes in this setting whenever something happens
in the console from which I typed startx to bring up the X system.
Then I can switch from X to the text console and back without problem
as long as I don't touch the console I started X with. I think also a
