I’m using dh_installdocs -A for AUTHORS file, which I’m referencing from

Please consider unblock of package python-tornado 4.4.3-1.
This is new upstream bugfix release, which fix this bug:
- The tornado.auth module has been updated for compatibility with a
SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH for copyright year to make build reproducible

I would like to know your opinion about uploading this
change to unstable + unblocking for stretch.
This change will enable PIE, which was disabled because
of bug which was passing -fPIE

pkgos_register_endpoint_config function calls /sbin/route, which is in
net-tools package.
openstack-pkg-tools should inject net-tools run dependency when building
package and this package uses this pkgos_register_endpoint_config call.
