Subject: dc is ignoring the .dcrc file.

dc should be reading the file ~/.dcrc and executing the commands there upon
startup. It is not doing this.

This is the same bug as Debian bug #364730 I was LD_PRELOADing the
libaoss.so library, which causes the perfectly good code to segfault.

libaoss.so the sound card will not mix sounds. If my boss tries to IM
me on the Windows side, I don't hear the sound notification because
the Linux mp3 player has locked the sound device.
I will be installing some Alsa source code to track down this problem.
