I'm not sure I like installing Sxmo's doas.conf as /etc/doas.conf.
Looking into alternatives, but it seems that Debian's doas doesn't

I also just dist-upgraded my buster machine and was unable to boot, but
vmlinuz.old seems to boot fine:
