I changed the #!/usr/bin/python3 to #!/usr/bin/python2 and it works back.
Looks like it's not python3 ready.

In the first steps of the installer, when we choose a language which is not
english (tested with German, Spanish, French), the keyboard layouts are showing

I just looked in the source, and the problem comes from lib/setup.c where
