previous seems not to get throug --- I noticed that when pressing enter seral times (4 times precicely) it does boot so the things that need to be done for the 2.4 disks are: setting the root to /dev/fd0 in silo.conf (or some other fix) and making it so only one enter is enough and not 4 --
