The two previous suggestions didn't fix it for me so I removed
rpcbind, nfs-common and nfs-kernel-server then reinstalled them one at
a time. That worked foe me.

You can close this, I installed the testing version and that is running OK.
Don't know what broke the stable version but I've got apache now so I'm
