I think I found solution for that problem (at least it works for me),
I attached patch. Apply it from debian directory with -p1, build,
install and check if problem is still there. If it won't help try to
change --with-boot-tty/--with-shutdown-tty options to another tty
(from 7 to 12, because from

Hello, I requested manpages-ru package for removal since it's too
outdated (last released in 2005, because upstream is) and manual pages
that it contains confuse new users and developers.
Please drop dependency on it.

Hi, manpages-ru package is too outdated (last released in 2005). It
contains Russian translations of some manual pages. Since they're
outdated they confuse users reading it. I think is better to remove it
from archive because upstream sources are outdated too.
