The Pidgin project has built Finch's window managers in
/usr/lib/gnt, not /usr/lib/finch. This is why they're not getting
picked up by the pidgin.install file.

UniConf, the /usr/bin/uni tool queries and manages a database, while in
fonty-rg, it's used just for switching console-fonts.
