icinga-web fails to install on my server.
After investigation, it appeared that the command that fails is the following:

A manual installation of icinga-web brought to light that the following
folder:
/usr/share/icinga/htdocs/icinga-api/log
needs to be writable by the web-server user - in my case www-data for
apache2 - as it generates icingaApi.log

installing libsoup2.2-8 solves the poroblem.
maybe ario should suggest/depend on libsoup2.2-8

Preparing to replace cacti-cactid
x27;ve just added a patch
that implements a workaround until the problem is properly fixed
upstream.
Would you be in a position to test the patch and let me know the
outcome?
