So this looks to me like a bug in memory_get_usage(), not a memory

heh - you are most probably right - there was also other fishy
behavior of memory_get_usage
Package: amavisd-new
Version: 1:2.3.3-2
Severity: minor
The main script isn't updated for split config files, and still expects
/etc/amavis/amavisd.conf to exist.
server:~# amavisd-new reload
Config file /etc/amavis/amavisd.conf does not exist, at
/usr/sbin/amavisd-new line 1033.
Take care,
Package: amavisd-new
Version: 1:2.3.3-2
Severity: normal
Subject says it all: after executing /etc/init.d/amavis reload the
daemon dies, even without notice in syslog.
server:~# ps ax | fgrep amavis
12653 ?Ss 0:03 amavisd (master)
12654 ?S 0:00 amavisd (virgin child)
functionality. Greatest impact is that
'mysqldump --all-databases' returns with Incorrect database name
'DATADIR.link' when selecting the database (as do other mysql client
progs), and dumps nothing.
This also happens with (at least) mysql-server-4.1, too.
Kind regards,

-- System
Hi,
the mentioned code breaks for special files (like /dev/null), too, with
the following error message:
/etc/cron.weekly/webalizer:
/etc/cron.weekly/webalizer: line 27: [: 1,: integer expression expected
This is because I prefer to run webalizer from my own wrapper script,

Package: clamav
Version: 0.81-2
Severity: important
The above mentioned version is the most recent one I get
through apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade. I am using the
following sources.list for apt:
deb http://http.at.debian.org/debian/ sarge main
Package: mydns-mysql
Version: 0.11.0-7
Severity: wishlist
The subject says it all. One note though: there's a memleak in the
new alias code (not enabled by default). EMail me if you want the
patch.

This turned out to be a configuration error on my side, with no
maintainer scripts involved.
Sorry for this useless bug report.

Package: tomcat4
Version: 4.1.31-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
After upgrading to the latest Sarge package tomcat4 no longer starts.
I already googled, but
1) example webapps not installed does not apply here (umm, they're
installed but commented in server.xml)
2)
