Hello.
I can verify the problem and also that the workaround from Raoul
Borenius solves the problem.
The string "sha1" that goes into the header is hardcoded in smime.c.
Please include this in an update for jessie, since it makes s/mime
support behave badly.

Jessie-updates, as this fixes autofs+sss.
The fix in Ubuntu (pushed into 14.04) fixes the same problem in a
slightly different way (specifying sssldir instead of helping
AF_CHECK_SSS_LIB find things), but both seem to work.
