I finally find what is the error. It seems that the installation procedure of xserver-xorg configure my layout as fr-latin9. XkbLayout only work with fr for my keyboard. It is strange because on my laptop fr-latin9 works.
Sorry for my stupidity, everything works fine now :)

I check it. This problem is due to vmware workstation 5 with a virtual scsi disk. With a virtual IDE disk, it works.
