Bug#349618: m17n-db tamil input method patch

Package: m17n-db Version: 1.2.0 When I try typing ழ using the m17n-ta-itrans . There is no method defined for it. I use a simple patch for the ta-itrans.mim za is also part of the itrans standard for tamil input. ழ is a very important character in regular typing. I hope this goes upstream
