Looks like this bug is actually fixed, at least in Ubuntu 12.04 with
Flash player 11.2.202.238 I can't reproduce it.

ut I can confirm, that in Ubuntu with package flashplugin-installer
version 10.0.42.34ubuntu0.9.10.1 and in Fedora with package flash-plugin
version 10.0.42.34, this problem is still exists.
So I assume that in Debian version of flash plugin this problem exists
too.
