Have the same problem (with the same quiterss version).
Basically all https feeds stopped working. :(
Seems to have happened after some qt5 libraries got upgraded from
5.11.1+dfsg-6 to 5.11.1+dfsg-7 on 2018-09-10.

I have warnings like this in my kernel log, too. In my case it happens
only once per boot, it seems. And it started happening with
linux-image-4.8.0-2-rt-amd64-unsigned, I have not seen these warnings
with previos linux-image-4.8.0-1-rt-amd64-unsigned.
