Package: power-profiles-daemon Version: 0.12-1+b1 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: exceptb...@proton.me
Dear Maintainer, The power-profiles-daemon package doesn't depend on python3-gi. After installing power-profiles-daemon manually, running powerprofilesctl on a system where python3-gi is not installed leads to the following error: user@localhost:~$ powerprofilesctl Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/powerprofilesctl", line 6, in <module> from gi.repository import Gio, GLib ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'gi' Manually installing python3-gi resolves the issue.
