When installing mysql-server-4.1 in Etch, the server installed is MySQL 5.
I understand it is a transitionnal package, but the name is confusing.
When you have some MySQL 4 databases already present (from another
system/machine), the install stops asking to upgrade database format,
which is unexpected.

This bug could be a cause for bug #415124.
