today I faced the same problem (Error! Could not locate dkms.conf file.
File: does not exist.)
It seems that this has helped:
rm -Rf /var/lib/dkms/nvidia-current
(not sure who created the dir, I have no nvidia package installed)
after upgrade to linux-image-3.16-2-amd64 the problem was gone, the
keyboard works fine now.

With 3.14 the apple bluetooth keyboard disconnects after type few characters.
If I continue to type, the keyboard re-connects again (needs ~5s) and
then works again a couple seconds (~5s), then disconnects again.

the dirname.
