The instructions for the workaround were a little off for a Wheezy install and 
unfortunately still did not work.

I did:

cd /usr/lib/debootstrp/scripts

chmod +x sid

ln –s sid wheezy

That got past the script error, however the package keys do not seem to be 
consistent with the debootstrap package on the disk.  I got a ‘Release file 
signed by unknown key’ error.  I went looking in the installation and found 
that the keys listed in the Packages file were wrong.  So I corrected them and 
tried to create a new ISO and have not been able to get the format quite right. 
 I also looked for the file in the installation figuring I might be able to 
update the keys there if they were in clear text, but could not find them.

I am working on a first generation Mac Pro (2006) and it has a bunch of 
problems getting an initial install.  Those do not relate to this bug.

Target machine:  Mac Pro (1.1) 2006
Install package:  debian-7.3.0-amd64-netinst.iso
