The data for sed script I run for maint-guide may be added to opencc
data if we know enough.

I was going to file RT request to install package while quoting you.

Then I realize this is not in stable nor in backports :-(

So steps:
1. freezeexcepton to get decent version to testing.
2. backport.
3. install to www-master
