Dear Maintainer,
I noticed recently that the mbname file is not always generated when
running offlineimap in multithreaded mode.
More accurately, the guard in mbnames.write is too strict and the file
generation can be never called.

the see macro from index.sty is defined as
\providecommand*{\see}[2]{\emph{\seename} #1}
However it uses only one argument, which results in the character after
the macro call being eaten.

I installed timidty without the recomanded package freepats.
Launching timidity then failed with
/etc/timidity/freepats.cfg: No such file or directory
timidity: Error reading configuration file.
obviously installing freepats fixed
