Yes, this bug also appears in v1.13.
You can check it yourself by downloading
http://www.strazer.net/stuff/ags_chm.zip and opening the chm file in xCHM.

But no, it's still not working. And as I said, it doesn't even display
the icon in the panel applet list.
Btw, I also have the gnome-extra-icons package installed which contains
a /usr/share/pixmaps/other/drawer.png file.
