aptitude upgrade tried to uninstall shim-signed-common and upgrade shim-signed.
This results in the postinst script failing:

The problem is that there is no /bin/rm in the initrd at all. A simple
workaround is: in/usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/mdadm = copy_exec /sbin/mdadm
/sbin
= copy_exec /sbin/mdmon /sbin
+ copy_exec /bin/rm /bin
I am not familiar with the details, what may be the risks, etc, but mdadm
seems
