Dear Maintainer,
The segfault occurs in libllvm9.
I add the last system action according to strace.

Package: julia
Version: 1.5.3+dfsg-3
Program just exits with "Segmentation fault", as ran with `julia`,
instead of running Julia's REPL as expected
