As reported in #1002500, JUCE no longer builds on "armel" and there are
no plans to make it do so.
As a consequence, projects depending on JUCE can no longer be built on
"armel".

For similar reasons JUCE no longer builds on "mipsel", many projects
(including giada) fail to build on "mipsel": the architecture does not
provide means for working atomically with certain types (in this case:
int64)
