Why is docker.io mentioned in the bug report? The Debian package of prometheus-node-exporter is not intended to be run in docker.
If you run a system with sid / unstable configured in apt sources, you have to expect a certain amount of breakage from time to time, and package maintainers are unlikely to take bug reports seriously unless the issue can be reproduced on a stable or testing install.
Please write a clearer description of the bug. I don't know where to begin with this one.
