Package: postfixadmin Version: 3.2.1-2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate *** * What led up to the situation? I want to add PostfixAdmin to an existing installation postfix/dovecot already using Sqlite3. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? apt install php-sqlite3 sqlite3 postfixadmin * What was the outcome of this action? mariadb server and client were pulled in. * What outcome did you expect instead? Clean install of postfixadmin with only the packages I needed. I also tried: apt install php-sqlite3 sqlite3 postfixadmin default-mysql-client- but mariadb was still pulled in. Adding mariadb-client- simply pulled in both mariadb-client and postgresql-client. I presume the package will still work after manually configuring it for sqlite3. Incidentally, the SQlite package recommended is 'sqlite' ergo SQlite 2, which of course does not match the php-sqlite3 dependency. -- System Information: Debian Release: 10.12 APT prefers oldstable APT policy: (500, 'oldstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 5.10.13-x86_64-linode141 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages postfixadmin depends on: pn dbconfig-common <none> ii debconf 1.5.71+deb10u1 pn default-mysql-client | postgresql-client | mariadb-client <none> pn libapache2-mod-php | php-cgi | php-fpm | php <none> ii nginx-full [httpd] 1.14.2-2+deb10u4 pn php-imap <none> pn php-mbstring <none> pn php-mysql | php-mysqlnd | php-pgsql | php-sqlite3 <none> pn wwwconfig-common <none> Versions of packages postfixadmin recommends: ii dovecot-core 1:2.3.4.1-5+deb10u6 pn mariadb-server <none> pn php-cli <none> pn postfix-mysql | postfix-pgsql <none> pn virtual-mysql-server | postgresql | sqlite <none> pn zendframework <none> postfixadmin suggests no packages.
