This is the Debian package that is broken. I have yet to build from
source. Nearly done fixing my local pbuilder issues :-)

libdvdnav patches were upstreamed by enen92 and some of these were accepted.
We just need to check which patches in the debian folder are still relevant.

I found debian kodi README.source. So the best course of action seems
to pile the upstream libdvdnav git patches in debian/patches/libdvdnav.
