Since this bug causes ionit to FTBFS and ionit is a dependency of lsb (key
package)
I will team-upload pylint if I don't get a response and/or it is not done
within a week.

Hi,
It seems that the new version of pylint does not honor the
"--" arg.
In particular, if you notice the autopkgtest for ionit[1] it fails with:
/usr/bin/python3 -m pylint
--rcfile=/tmp/autopkgtest-l
