Hi,

When uploading -4 I didn't think the lib would be ever needed. So I
just removed it.
I packaged it now the proper way and uploaded -5 to mentors.
I'm just a DM so I'll need a sponsor for binNEW.

Adam do you have interest in doing this one upload or should I file a
RFS?
