Source: curl Version: 7.87.0-2 Severity: important There is a bug affecting only curl 7.87 which breaks applications. One application totally broken by this version of curl is Nheko, and causes most connection attempts to hang indefinitely.
To reproduce the failure in Nheko, you can attempt to enter any non-matrix.org MXID into the login field (e.g. @example:mozilla.org), and observe that the login options will never populate. This bug is reported and fixed upstream in 7.88, but Bookworm seems to be frozen on 7.87.
