Control: retitle -1 inux - Backport changes to Microsoft Azure Network Adapter

Hi

The driver for this special Microsoft hardware is really new (introduced
only a few releases ago) and hardware just now really available. So
fixes, even larger ones, should still count as support for new hardware.

While the stock driver in 6.1 kind of works, it is not really usable for
end user workloads.

This was the first thing, but several others pilled up. Just doing a
bulk backport of all changes have a lower risk of introducing new
problems then more targeted changes. So just including the driver in
the state of, currently, 6.4 was done.
