Upstream released Hera 2.0.0 a while ago. Updating the package is taking a while, because upstream now bundles a quite modified copy of PHAT. While we can probably live with that, a bigger problem is that upstream hasn't reconciled what I believe are incompatible licenses for PHAT and Hera itself. An issue has been filed [1].
