Tecla's initial release is more designed to be run from another app
than directly from the command line. Let's try this:
Make sure you have gnome-control-center 1:45~rc-2 installed
Open the Settings app
Switch to the Keyboard panel.
Click the⋮ button next to your keyboard layout and click View Key
Control: reopen -1
Still broken.
