the package 'checkrestart' in 'debian-goodies'

I stopped and started 'pipewire-pulse' with 'systemctl --user ...'
and checked the pw-dump output.
The systemd package 'xdg-desktop-portal' remained at 0.3.77-1,
i.e. the same bug seems to exist for xdg-desktop-portal.
So presumably whatever solution is preferred for 'pipewire-pulse'
