There's no cron/systemd by default in WSL2,
/init is a stub that talks to windows Kernel,
on can define an autoexec in /etc/wsl.conf but it's certainly not a
default setting;
latest releases of WSL2 add support for systemd which deeply intrigues me.
There are a lot of complaints that the 9p
It was like 1h then we cancelled with ^C.
Without 9p it's instantaneous/usable again.

But normally it runs through cron/systemd, and then it should be fast the
next few times?
