it seems there is a dependency issue: downgrading package
libsingular4m3n0
to stable version
1:4.3.1-p3+ds-2
instead of the testing/unstable version
1:4.3.2-p7+ds-1
solves the two

One remark. From the terminal :
from sage.rings.polynomial.multi_polynomial_libsingular
import MPolynomialRing_libsingular
ImportError: libsingular-Singular-4.3.1.so: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
