Dear Maintainer, I upgraded two independent systems fron debian bullseye to bookworm. In both cases the upgarede of package ncl-ncarg resulted in the bianry file "ictrans" missing in /usr/bin. It is essential to use the command idt (interactive graphics display). I resolved provisionally by copying ictrans from an other machine having debian bullseye installed.
