Oh, I see, the README.Debian file is packaged in python-selenium-doc.
Shouldn't that be python3-selenium-doc? Or even better, in python3-selenium itself? That would at least give people a fighting chance of finding it.
Regardless, I don't think this issue can/should be considered "resolved" until the module actually works as designed, i.e., the driver manager is being installed with it. Burying a "hey, this is the workaround you need to do to make this module that used to work continue to work" in a README file does not seem like an adequate resolution.
