Dear Maintainer,
Chromium currently documents a --password-store option which is no
longer valid. This option is "gnome". This is no longer the name of the
gnome keyring, which is now called "gnome-libsecret".
You can validate the old argument no longer works by checking in the
source,
* ./components/os_crypt/sync/key_storage_util_linux.cc
Or by executing with
chromium --user-data-dir=/tmp/foo --password-store=gnome
--enable-logging=stderr --v=1 &> /tmp/log
Which will produce this error in your log,

Password storage detected desktop environment: (unknown)
This will go away after you use "gnome-libsecret" instead.
Additionally, while "kwallet" works, there is also "kwallet5" and
"kwallet6" supported.
