We want to move aliased files from / to /usr to finalize the /usr-merge
transition via DEP17. monit is affected, because it installs a systemd
unit. Rather than just moving it to /usr, I recommend using
dh_installsystemd, because it will automatically revert back to the old
location for bookworm-backports. Due to the use of symbolic links,
debdiff cannot represent the patch:
sed -i -e /systemd/d debian/monit.install
ln -s ../system/startup/monit.service debian/monit.service
