Package: pcre2

The https://pcre.org/ page is
1) pretty out of date, it lists 10.39 as the latest release, uses old
URLs, etc
2) it's not clear if it's maintained by the project or someone else. At
the bottom it says:
"Please note that neither this website nor the SourceForge download
repositories are maintained by Philip."
3) The Sourceforge page it points to is also out of date
4) Several of the links on the page point to
https://github.com/PhilipHazel/pcre2
which now redirects to
https://github.com/PCRE2Project/pcre2
I think the package homepage in debian/control and other places should
be updated to the https://github.com/PCRE2Project/pcre2 URL.
I started looking into this due to this issue:
Long-term maintenance of PCRE2
https://github.com/PCRE2Project/pcre2/issues/426
I suspect whoever takes it over will also take over that github project
and the URL should remain stable.
