Hi,
I noticed this warning while doing an upload of `debputy-lsp`, which
uses `Build-Driver: debputy`.
dpkg-source: warning: debputy-lsp-0.2/debian/rules does not exist
The warning is factually correct, but the point of the `Build-Driver`
definition is that I do not need the `debian/rules` file, so it feels
like a bit of dead noise.
Please consider removing this warning for other build drivers. :)
