Dear Maintainer,

please make licenserecon working good with debian/copyright using spdx name

currently if spdx names are used even if correct they are marked as 
different

I suppose it is possible support d/copyright using spdx name by just 
adding to licenserecon the "--shortname-scheme" parameter to be 
forwarded to licensecheck
