The CI build installed "ocaml-dune amd64 3.16.0-2+b1" according to the log at
https://ci.debian.net/packages/o/ocaml-luv/testing/amd64/55951141/
However, from `getbuildlog ocaml-luv 0.5.14-1 amd64`, I can see that ocaml-luv
was built with "ocaml-dune amd64 3.17.1-1".
