That needs a new bug. One test failing is very different to all tests timing
out.

monitor-dbus.test is still failing with mutter 48~beta-5 so I'm
reopening this bug.

I have a strong suspicion the issue is
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/issues/3875 and started with
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/4022 which was
introduced in 48.beta.
