Regarding Priority, that is one bug I'll likely close as I do not currently
see the need to increase the priority.

Hi Javier,
I'm currently working on checksecurity since it showed up as a candidate
for the Bug of the Day[1]. Before I come up with some formal ITS about
moving it to the Debian team on Salsa (where I've created a
repository[2] and fixed some of the bugs) I'm going through the list of
